3D Laser Scanning: Capture FactoryOriginal Vehicle Geometry
Traditional manual modeling and handshaping can no longer meet today’s strict fitment standards. For our latest product lines, we rely on 3D laser scanning technology. We capture fine details of the stock vehicle body and reconstruct accurate 3D models, keeping development tolerance within 0.1 mm. This foundation ensures our body kits can lineup tightly once installed.

InHouse Design: Balance OEM Character & Aftermarket Style
Using highprecision scanned vehicle data, our inhouse automotive exterior designers carry out product development. Our designs respect the original vehicle’s body lines, while integrating EPR’s understanding of aftermarket styling. We avoid overexaggerated shapes that clash with factory body contours, for cohesive visual results.
3DPrinted Prototypes & RealVehicle TestFitting, Iterate As Needed
Once CAD design work is finished, highaccuracy 3Dprinted prototypes are produced. Every prototype goes through physical testfitting on the actual stock car. We doublecheck panel gaps, mounting feasibility and overall visual performance. Any fitment or aesthetic flaws trigger immediate design revisions.

Tooling Development & Mass Production
Only after multiple rounds of realcar testing and adjustments pass validation, do we move forward with mold tooling and mass production.
